HNC service has strated with a lot of positives, with the service  securing funding to employ a young lady as the centres receptionist. We welcome Samantha Duffin who was a trainee at the HNC centre prior to securing the funding for the position. The centre has a new management committee  who come to the service with new ideas. I have found the new Committee have been positive in all areas of service, activities and new ideas.

Although our service is still in its fledgling stage, in the last few months I have seen our service agreement signed off by the department of communities. The services pollices and procedures are being updated and reviewed these last 12 months.

We have had our finances reviewed by a MYOB specialist . This has highlighted areas of need and also re-inforced correct procedures for streamlining financial commitments. We all know our funding from the department of communities is as such that we are supported financially. Although grant submissions is an art form in its own. I believe we have faired resonably well in gaining extra fund in the last twelve months.
